High quality woods are used while producing the door panels. Obtaining high quality wood is the very first and the most important step of producing high quality door panel. Wood is refined until it has a ligament structure, and then mixes with glue and other chemicals to get it ready for the strecth phase. After that, it is pressed to shape it as panels. Panels are packed after cutting the right sizes and paint with undercoat paint. Door panels are aesthetics and has got patterned (wood) and flat choices for the customers. Those panels are ready to be painted with every kind of paint and poolish. The undercoat which is used during production has the “anti metal marking” feature. Immunation to fire, heavy type and sound-proof features might be obtained with door panels. Pliable structure of the door panels can be the solution in many cases, such as places with space problem, where room segments are needed, in wardropes etc. If more light is needed, glasses can be added to wooden door panels.
